- Written down. What gets joined, and the price. From £150, price agreed before I start.
- Built. One task, price agreed up front, handed over working.

Do I need new software?
Usually not. I join two systems you already pay for.
I'm not technical. Does that matter?
No. Tell me in your own words. The systems side is my job.
What does it cost?
From £150, price agreed before I start. What that covers is in the Terms.
What happens to my logins and data?
You keep them. I use access only for the job and remove it at handover.
What if it stops working?
For 30 days after handover, if it stops doing what we agreed, I fix it free. If it's caused by a change on your side or in one of your tools, or it's after 30 days, I'll give you a price to put it right before I do anything. You don't have to use me.
