I build a simple Zap that takes new details from one app and puts them in another.

For example, an enquiry from your website form can go straight into your spreadsheet and your email, with no copying and pasting.

Fixing Zaps that have stopped working. A Zap is one link Zapier runs between your apps. If one has stopped, I look at it first and tell you what I can do, and the price, before any work starts.

Fix a Zap that has stopped working

Invoices made from your spreadsheet. I can set up a Zap that makes an invoice from the details you already keep, so you don't type them again.

Invoice automation

Matching payments to the right person. I can set up a Zap that checks payments against who owes what, so you don't tick them off by hand.

Payment matching

Long automations with many steps. Some jobs need many steps in a row: check, sort, update, tell someone. I can build Zaps with 50 or more steps.

AI steps and AI workflows. An AI step uses a large language model (LLM), a tool that reads and writes text, to do one job inside a Zap, such as sort an email or draft a reply. You check what it writes. If a job needs an AI step, I'll tell you before we agree it.

Fixing Zaps that have stopped working

Sometimes a Zap stops working and nobody knows why.

Zapier keeps a record of each time a Zap runs. It is called Zap History.

I start there to find what broke. Then I tell you what went wrong and the price, before I fix it.

What does a Zapier Silver Solution Partner do?

I'm a Zapier Silver Solution Partner. I build and fix Zaps for clients. I don't work for Zapier, and I'm not its agent or employee. You agree the job and pay me directly.

Do I need a paid Zapier plan?

It depends on the job. I'll tell you which plan suits you before I start. You can see Zapier's prices on its own pricing page.

Whose Zapier account are the Zaps in?

Usually yours. If I ever need to use my own account, I'll ask for your written OK first. I remove my access when the job is done.

Can you fix a Zap someone else built?

Yes. I look at Zap History first, then give you a price before I fix it.

How much does it cost?

From £150, price agreed before I start.

Do you work with businesses outside Greater Manchester?

Yes. I take work anywhere in the UK, remotely.

Where is my data held?
